Is fish oil safe? Is it contaminated with Mercury and PCB's?
Most Fish Oil products contain no mercury and only trace levels of PCB’s (which can’t be fully avoided since PCBs are found in water everywhere). A serving of fish meat is likely to contain far more contamination than a fish oil supplement.
What is the gelatin source for softgel products such as fish oil?
We typically use bovine (beef/cattle) derived gelatin for the manufacture and encapsulation of our softgel products. The bovine is free of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE).
Do your products come in veggie capsules?
We currently offer only selected products in vegetarian capsule form. Pro Tip: Look for the veggie cap icon on the product description.
I received product samples. How do I cancel my subscription?
We do not offer any trials and we do not send any samples direct to consumers. You may have signed up for "free samples" through a different company by the name of Nu-Health Online Services. Since we are not affiliated with this company, we are not able to cancel your subscription and we do not have access to your financial information.

ONLINE ORDERS
We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Your credit card will be charged automatically when the order is submitted.
Each order and payment is subject to review. If the order and/or payment does not pass verification, the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded usually within 3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and during international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect local state tax in the state of California.

Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Policy
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if merchandise is damaged or defective. Should you wish to return or exchange the products for any other reason within 30 days from the date the order was placed, a 25 percent minimum restocking fee will be charged. Any returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 25 percent minimum restocking fee will be charged for returns without RMA number.
Please obtain a RMA number from a customer service agent before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your invoice number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will only accept returns which have an RMA number.
Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Please send package to:

All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days of the RMA issuance date in original condition with original packaging.
Please return item via trackable method, Nu-Health Products Co. will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process.
Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.
RMA will take about 7-10 business days to process. Replacement of item(s) will be handled directly with customer service representative.

When shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory, packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses additional processing time is required
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
1-3 day EXPRESS delivery options are available at Checkout.
Orders placed before 1PM (PST) will be shipped same day pending availability and credit card verification.
Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Our Shipping Department is open Monday-Friday. Most orders placed before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped same business day (Monday-Friday only).
